About these terms

These are general terms for website design and front-end development services offered by Shijie Wang under the TRY/FUTURE name. A written proposal or project agreement will define the final scope, schedule, price and deliverables for each engagement and will take priority if it differs from this page.

Project start and payment

Work begins after the scope is accepted and the agreed initial payment has cleared. A typical project uses a 50% initial payment and a 50% final payment before production launch or final transfer. Payment timing and refund conditions are confirmed in writing for each project.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, approved text, images and any required permissions. Delays in supplying material may move the delivery schedule. The client must review facts, legal statements and third-party terms before publication.

Revisions and additional work

Unless otherwise stated, a standard website project includes two consolidated revision rounds. New pages, features, languages, integrations or a new visual direction are additional work and require a separate estimate.

Ownership and third-party services

After final payment, the client receives the agreed final website files and project-specific rights described in the proposal. Client domains should remain registered to the client. Hosting, fonts, stock media, booking tools, email and other third-party services remain subject to their own licenses, pricing and availability.

Concept work

Projects labelled “Concept Project” or “Unofficial Concept” are design studies and do not imply a paid engagement, endorsement or partnership with the named business.
